Stayed for the fourth time in So London Apartment in Hammersmith but this time was disappointing. First, the heating would not work and it was very cold. Second day, heating was repaired, but set on maximum and really extremely hot in the flat. We could not let windows open because we were in the basement. No hot water in the kitchen. We had very noisy neighbours above our apartment, could not sleep before 2 am. Then on Christmas Day, fire alarms went off with no reason, and we had to move to another flat. There, the television would not work. Staff very helpful with all our problems, but unfortunately to no avail. Prices went up but maintenance went down. Of course, location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station.Vety convenient. All staff very nice and tried their best to help

As with earlier reviewers, we walked past the apartments several times as the sign read 'Sienna' or something along those lines. Once checked-in we were shown into our room by the helpful member of staff - a warm and fresh smelling hallway led into the lounge and kitchen area which we were very impressed with. The double bedroom with sizeable wardrobe was ideal and the shower room was adequate if nothing more. Location wise the apartments are a stones throw from the underground and Apollo theatre - our destination for the evening. We have paid double this rate for a smaller room with much less in the way of facilities, so this gets full marks with a 'We will be back' promise - excellent value, facilities, location and staff.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay in So London Apartments. Everything was perfect, staff are so helpful and nice. Very conveniently located, perfect stay, I highly recommend this place.

We were all very impressed with our apartment, it was modern, very clean and also very warm!!! We would (and will be)recommending this to our friends, absolutely fantastic value for money

When we arrived at Hammersmith we did walk past the apartments many times as the directions were misleading. When we arrived we were told we were being moved to their sister apartments over the other side of London in Kilburn due to a flood. Soaking wet, tierd, two kids in tow, we were put into a taxi and taken to Kilburn. On arrival the staff were very friendly and due to my mood not being the greatest I was pleased by the way the staff handled us. We were upgraded and had the choice of staying in Kilburn or one night in Kilburn and returning to Hammersmith. We checked out the location and worked out the underground and decided to stay. We had a brilliant time, we were in zone one and two whether it was Hammersmith or Kilburn. Loved the apartments, kitchen, toilets lounge and bedrooms were homely, heating in every room controlled personally and a 2 minute walk to the underground. We will be staying there again next time in London. Tesco Express right underneath and the pub on the corner was ideal for a swift half. Bus to Victoria takes 20 mins. A disappointing start but a brilliant finish. Thank-you and two kids aged ten and fourteen loved the apartments!!!

A wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean accomodation. Easy access to tube and good local shopping and eating out. Extreme cold weather would have made a little extra bedding good but the rooms were warm

We had a great one night stop. Close to Hammersmith Tube, attentive front of desk staff and a roomy, clean apartment. Exactly what we wanted.

Good size, impressive rooms and near the shops and bars. Really enjoyed staying here.

I cannot recommend this highly enough! So handy for the tube on the Piccadilly Line, perfect location and even better accommodation, if you're staying in London stay here!

Excellent apartments, easy to get to, ideal for theatre. Staff excellent and very helpful. Would recommend and would def stay again.
