Lovely, peaceful, nice management, great rooms, spacious, quiet, good sound separation, lovely soaps, two bathrooms excellent one small thing 4 of us stayed and there were 4 small milks could have done with 8 so we could have tea at night and coffee in am. Otherwise So London Apartments Hammersmith was perfect

I was expecting luxury and I didn’t get far off. It’s not a palace but it’s pretty nice all things considered. They’ve obviously spent time and money getting it right, so for the price I was impressed. Good location, really near the tube and attractions. Mine was basically a posh mini-flat that had virtually everything I needed. The guys were friendly and if I needed to stay longer I’d definitely book there rather than a hotel room for the same price

The facilities at So London Apartments Hammersmith themselves weren't too bad. Two bathrooms. One in the bedroom and one to share if extra people. The staff were very accommodating. On little mishap. Safe to say that the problem was sent with quickly and sufficiently. For so close to our venue which was London Film and Comic Con, very reasonably priced

So London Apartments Hammersmith is very well located and the customer service from the manager was also good. It was clean, had adequate room and all the basic services were there. However the decor is pretty tired, and it felt more like a two-three star than a four star apartment so doesn't rate well with us for value for money, compared with other apartments or London B and Bs. We travelled extensively in Europe over the last month, and this was the only apartment we would not go back to

So London Apartments Hammersmith is a great place, will be using them again when I next need a place to stay in London. Clean modern and very nice apartment

Poor value for money and my room was very small & basic.

The only positive was the locations and the majority of the appliances / fixtures & fittings in the apartments were broken.

Have stayed with So London Apartments Hammersmith several time and I can not fault their customer service, they are very helpful and do what the can to help with any enquiry. The apartments are always clean and very homely. Will always use these in the future
