So London Apartments Hammersmith was a nice clean apartment with helpful staff. It would benefit from slightly more crockery/ pans and coffee maker though.

Postives: Great price, quiet room/apartment, acceptable linen left for 3 people (was requested beforehand), good/free wifi connection, helpful front desk/reception. Poor: Cleanliness - very average. Dirt and mold clearly visible in areas. Old food found in fold out sofa. Door knobs for the living area were broken. Broken glass in one bathroom cabinet

Apartment was not ready on arrival, however we were able to check out later because of this. Apartment was nice and clean, staff very helpful. Only bad points were next to very noisy road, apartment really hot and could here boiler all night long. Fine for short stay though

Very conveniently situated apartment and we were pleased with the general standard of it. The heating works well and plenty of hot water! Also very helpful reception staff. Our only gripe would be that the apartment was not very well equipped, the very bare minimum of kitchen accessories. I do think a corkscrew is quite important and also quite a few of the bulbs had blown so it was quite dark in the lounge. But overall we were pleased

Had a great stay, appartment was clean and nicely furnished (only criticism would be that the bed matress was a bit lumpy, but sofa bed was fine). Good location close to Hammesmith Apollo which is where we were going. Staff were friendly and overall would highly recommend So London Apartments Hammersmith for the price

Apartments great location near Hammersmith tube. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments very spacious and clean everything you needed available. Most impressed with bathrooms, modern and ultra clean. Stayed for five nights, best nights sleep in ages! Would recommend and would return

The apartment overall was good, and in a good location, close to the tube and central London, however the description on the website is inaccurate in a couple of places. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped (described as 'packed with cookware and fine china') - e.g there were no saucepan lids, no chopping board, only 3 bowls (so we had to take it in turns to eat breakfast!). There were no 'luxurious goosedown duvets'. These were in fact cheap, very thin, IKEA duvets which were too small for the covers and the one in the bedroom didn't even cover the large bed to its edges. The staff were very friendly, but were only able to give us extra sheets for the beds as there were no blankets available. We were only just warm enough and it wasn't a particularly cold night
