Room was nice at So Sienna Hammersmith, in the basement. The only issue was the access, on route to my room is an area where they store linen. One morning linen bags were blocking access and all weekend a vacuum cleaner was left out causing a trip hazard

Everything was great at So Sienna Hammersmith. My previous expectations were enhanced after the experience at so Sienna apartments

So Sienna Hammersmith is in a nice location. Luxury apartments in basement. No heating, ceiling was leaaking half night

Great location, near rail and restaurants. Spacious, nice amenities. Staff was friendly at So Sienna Hammersmith. Could use a deep cleaning but all in all definitely a value

Very pleasant stay in a nice studio, very well located. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Very well located, 2 minutes walk from Hammersmith Tube Station. Apartments fully equipped, warm and quiet. Reception personnel always eager to help with a welcoming smile. We've stayed many times, and will book So Sienna Hammersmith again

So Sienna Hammersmith is a great place to use when staying for a whole week as it means you can get your own food. Staff very helpful sorting out beds such as extra beds

So Sienna Hammersmith is clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. The room we stayed in had some minor issues but nothing major. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and the hotel provides no bathmat so the floor got a bit slippy when getting out of the shower. The kitchen was compact and provided everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The room came with a complimentary fan which came in handy during a heatwave. My only issue was that the towels where on the small side and would suggest that if you prefer an extra large towel that you bring your own as the hotel towels are no bigger than hand size. There is also only on street parking and no dedicated hotel car park or parking spaces. On the plus side parking is free on the weekends. Overall the hotel is good value for money and would recommend for those looking to stay for extended periods and wish to go self catering. I would definitely stay again
