Very convenient location and good service. Rooms are a bit small but decent price for the location and service. Free internet access through wifi was a huge positive for me

Little more than a hostel for all sorts, broken electrical sockets, dirty room, although reception staff were pleasant enough, very unwilling to help. Worn carpets a definite trip hazard, no tea / coffee making as advertised, overall a very bad experience, we only stayed two out of the four nights booked and if we had the money for some where else would not have stayed at all

For people who want to save their money for London and want basic clean and simple accommodation, this hotel is perfect. Situated exactly opposite Kings Cross Station it is ideal for all transport. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very, very basic, beds, fridge and hanging area for clothes and that is it, but clean and tidy. I would recommend this to anyone on a tight budget who is happy with somewhere to lay their heads and not much else.

The staff were absolutely lovely as is the atmosphere of the place. My room was clean and bright - my only complaint was that no one had fixed the broken window which looked out on to the main street.

The location of the hotel was as I expected great. The receptionists were quite kind, and the sweeper was hard working. The room had nothing but a bed, but as a budget hotel we could enjoy. As long as rooms are clean, I think budget travellers are happy to stay by small budget.

Good service, rooms well cleaned, staff ok; the bathroom at the third floor is not good, often is out of service.

Was nice. Only bad things were a smashed window in the bathroom therefore it was a bit chilly and no TV :( haha. It was nice though, friendly staff too. My rating is taking into account the price and quality. I was happy enough.
