Kensington Suite Hotel Reviews page 5
Based on 67 Hotel ReviewsWe used Kesnington Suite Hotel as somewhere to stay overnight after a concert at Wembley and it is a basic hotel which fitted our requirements of a cheap London b and b. We asked for a back room after reading reports of the busy road and we were granted this and had an interrupted sleep. Although breakfast was simple, you could help yourself to as much as you liked. We were lucky to get a table. Garden area could be made a lot better and be attractive to visitors (grass needed cutting, nettles and weeds). We watched a squirrel in the garden. The twin room was small but was ok for us. We had a kettle and fridge which we used and there was a microwave we didn't use. However the bathroom door had no handle on the inside and was not secured at the bottom so you had to swing it out to leave the bathroom. The sink was minus a plug. Reception staff could have given us more information on arrival as we had to find breakfast room ourselves and didn't know what time breakfast was served. We were told of the lift but not where the stairs were. Had to ring hotel for directions at tube and was given helpful advice. Very handy for Shepherds Bush tube and there is a bus stop outside hotel.Would I stay here again, undecided
The room is nice as decribed from the photos, the location is great for travelling
We unexpectedly needed a place to stay between two long flights. Our stay at Kensington Suite Hotel was brief but most comfortable. The staff, in particular the two women we worked with (morning and evening) were friendly, pleasant, and met our needs promptly and warmly. Kudos to them! I'd rate at least 4 star
Overall, very good for the rate paid
Good service. Good food. Clean room
Clean hotel and helpful staff at reception. Really close to Shepard's Bush Tube station and Westfield Shopping Centre. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to Kensington/Victoria. Breakfast is simple but ok, rooms small but clean, also clean towels every day. Shower hot. Don't expect luxury and ask for a room at the back, it's quiet there. For the price you're paying Kensington Suite Hotel is excellent value
The Kensington Suite Hotel is a decent accommodation. I stayed in a double bedroom and found almost all the essential stuff - I was happy to see even a microwave oven in the room. The staff were friendly and the hotel is very conveniently located near Shepherds Bush station. I would have loved a bigger room size, but I guess with GBP 37.5 per night for a double room in central London, I could not ask for more.
The Kensington Suite Hotel had very friendly staff. Our TV didn't work at first so they swapped us to a better room. The room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. Excellent location and a short walk down the street to Westfield.
The Kensington Suite Hotel is good value for money in central London. Although there is a lack of storage space in the rooms, they are clean and functional. The staff are friendly and we found the reception staff to be extremely helpful. We would book the venue again if visiting London for a short break.
Our room in the Hanover Hotel London was a lovely little room in the middle of the capital - well, only minutes away from central London! Brilliant location! Lovely and clean and at a very competitive rate.
