Based on 67 Hotel ReviewsMore of a 2 star I would say. Lovely flowers outside but scruffy entrance area. Lots of boxes around and very tatty. Room very small. Window pane desperate for a coat of paint. cracked tiles in bathroom, No mirror in bedroom.no spoons in kitchenette, no toaster as advertised. But beds lovely and clean. Good shower, well cleaned each day. structurally the hotel was let down. Nothing wrong with the housekeeping dept ! If you want London on a budget Kensington Suite Hotel is fine

Kensington Suite Hotel is fairly basic but our room was adequate for what we needed. We had a private bathroom and this was clean, the bed was very comfy and we slept really well. The breakfast room is small and not very well laid out but again the offering was perfect for what we needed
