This London hotel is convenient to Shepherds Bush and the amenities around the green like The Empire, Westfield Mall etc. Our hotel room was quite small but nevertheless had plenty of added value such as microwave, mini fridge, air-con (not used). Basic and functional. Overall, it did the job

Kensington Suite Hotel is excellent

My room facing the street was too noisy. I was moved to a different room which was better but someone had been smoking so the smell was disgusting.

Well I have to say thanks for the warm welcome at Kensington Suite Hotel and all facilities provided for the visitors. Only one comment I would like to mention here is that the restaurant very small, some time when you go for breakfast you find it full and you have to wait

Good London hotel. Room was bigger than expected and bathroom very clean. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Did not like the rubber table cloths though

A convenient hotel in London, clean, friendly helpful staff. The facilities were extremely basic but we managed. We would return, but would request a bigger room, if available. We appreciated the quiet room at the rear with outlook over green trees and no road noise. Finding a table at breakfast was sometimes a problem

Good service at Kensington Suite Hotel

Kensington Suite Hotel is clean, safe and close to the subway. The management and staff are friendly and the price is reasonable for what you get. The downside is the rooms are tiny, have no storage, broken light bulbs and leaking showers, the breakfast is simple, and the wifi should be for free
