Kensington Suite Hotel Reviews page 2
Based on 67 Hotel ReviewsFirst, let me say that the hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s basic but that’s okay and I got a free breakfast chucked in for good measure. All good so far, but what gets to me is being asked to pay two pound fifty PER HOUR for wifi. That is one of the biggest mark-ups in history, surely. Most places offer it for free. Other than that, it’s basic but friendly and in a decent location for Olympia and Earls Court based things, and not far from the centre of town either. I’d stay again if they stop charging for Wifi like everywhere else in the world
Kensington Suite Hotel was very clean, better than I expected with only a couple of flaws. Missing shower holder and loose toilet seat thou managed. Owners could've been friendlier
Location of Kensington Suite Hotel is the only real positive about this hotel. Room tiny (TV didn't work, shower was tricky with the tap sticking out the wall) and I'd recommend bringing your own towel as they were only just big enough for my daughter. Staff seemed bored. Breakfast offered was average for a hotel.
Lovely London hotel, great receptionist and bed helpful. Room acceptably clean and toiletries provided. Was a very nice sleep pillows were to dream for and very quiet
Very clean, well run London hotel. Friendly staff, good value for money. Well equipped room, again more modern than most
Kensington Suite Hotel is good value for money, near excellent transport links, with friendly helpful staff
I found Kensington Suite Hotel really nice when we arrived. Reception staff was lovely and very helpful. Room was a little small but had everything we was need even a microwave and fridge which we didn't expect and most hotels don't have. Nice breakfast. Perfect location into town. Fab
Good London hotel. Good facility. Heater was not working though
The room was very small for two people and we had to squeeze to get into the bathroom. The bathroom door could only open on a strange angle and the shower was so small, I couldn't close the shower screen. The taps were falling off, wobbly toilet seat and the TV didn't work. Breakfast was OK but the staff were rude and arrogant.
I was booked in for three nights but left after one, the bedroom window did not shut so I couldn't sleep due to the cold and the phone didn't work so I couldn't call down to reception.
