Considering the fact that the Cromwell Crown Hotel London is a 2 star London hotel, it was a pleasant surprise to be received in a lovely modern room. Though its external appearance in terms of kitchen, elevator, reception and the hotel itself is a bit rough on the edges its rooms were worth the price if not more. Additionally, the location is commendable

When we first arrived at Cromwell Hotel we were welcomed and our room upgraded. We stayed a week in the end and had no problems. However, when we wanted to return a week later, the price had gone up. This was disappointing and was no longer value for money

First impressions were not good, reception area needed refurbishment and cleaning, however, our room had been upgraded and it was ideal. I think the hotel is gradually being refurbished throughout

It was a good hostel in London for this price. The room and the bathroom were clean. The staff were very kind and helpful

The hotel downstairs was not that nice, but on the 3rd and 4th floor where I stayed it is very beautiful. I was in a double private room and it was very good, also for cleanliness! The staff was also very friendly and avaiable for any problems. Miss you Cromwell Hotel London.

The room was a good deal, in the middle of refurb, did not affect our stay in anyway. Rooms were very clean, lovley shower ensuite

We stayed at the Cromwell Crown Hotel due to the location and price. The bed was clean and comfortable enough and for the price it was acceptable

The hotel is in a state of renovation and the walls do not have much insulation so it is very loud at night time. The breakfast is also very basic
