Room at Cromwell Crown Hotel London clean but spartan, however quite a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast very disappointing

I arrived at around 8.45am to drop off luggage and the lady on reception was very welcoming and pleasant. When I arrived later in the evening the other lady was also pleasant. The room was small but this was expected; it was clean and that's what I was looking for. I had a very comfortable sleep at Cromwell Crown and enjoyed breakfast the next morning - pleasantly surprised by the choices available. For the money paid through TravelStay (and in London!) it deserves the highest rating.

We had a lovely stay at the Cromwell Crown Hotel it was very clean and the breakfast was really nice

There were four of us and we all said, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and had everything required for an overnight stay. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the tube station. The staff were very helpful and I will stay there again. One very small negative - the pillows were flat and not enough of them, but I am sure that if I asked for more there would not have been a problem

Overall for the money a very nice place to stay, had a bed a shower and it was clean. The hotel was on a very nice road Harrods and National History Museum close by and some nice restaurants just over the road. Gloucester Road tube 3 mins away and easy access to the city centre. So overall I would stay there the next time in London

The purpose of our stay was to get ready for a night out and to sleep there and for that it was very adequate. I knew prior to the stay building work would be happening so that wasn't an issue. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot, that's all I needed. Being in the basement there wasn't a view but equally not essential for overnight stay. I would book Cromwell Crown Hotel London again

The Cromwell Crown Court Hotel is under renovation or remodelling and wires are all over the place. If an accident occurs, there'd be a big problem. The horizontal carpet on the step makes it hard to see the step. Please make the breakfast more appealing. The staff should be more welcoming.

For the price the room was surprisingly roomy, well-equipped and clean. A pleasant surprise. It was also quiet, which in this location, I did not expect. The breakfast started too late for city workers, and needs to be open half an hour earlier.
