My granddaughter and I had a lovely London visit staying at The W14 Hotel London. It was basic but clean, comfortable, quiet, efficiently run and very convenient. Thank you for great service

Does exactly what it says on the box - provides budget London accommodation. The bathrooms on my floor needed some maintenance, but were clean and provided hot water at whatever time I used them. The communal kitchen lacked a full range of crockery, but that was a minor matter. The room was fine, though there was an additional bed in there, but at the end of the day, all I wanted to do was sleep in the hotel, and sleep I did. Staff were helpful and cheerful even when I left each morning at the crack of dawn, and even helped by holding an item of mail that was chasing me around London until I had the opportunity to return and collect it. I would certainly use this hotel in London again for short stays in London

The W14 Hotel London is very nice London hotel located in the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok, rooms are clean. I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit London again and definitely recommend people to stay in this lovely hotel.

Everything you could want from a cheap n cheerful youth hostel in London. Clean friendly free wifi helpful staff, simple but decent breakfast. Nowhere to store bikes, but plenty of lamposts on the street outside. Could do with a couple more showers if I was being picky

Spartan at the right point. Beautiful room and excellent breakfast. Convenient position just a few steps from the metro. Recommended

At the W14 Hotel, we ENJOYED OUR STAY! Nowhere to put your clothes, very basic breakfast, but friendly, helpful staff, ideal for younger travellers for 1 - 3 nights, and at a very reasonable price. We hope to stay there again later in the year. Only a 4 minute walk to West Kensington tube, very handy...

No way is the W14 Hotel a 3 star. This is a hostel is not a hotel. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was extremely cold.
