Very hard for experienced London driver to find the address for us, even with SatNav. Staff courteous and helpful at W14 Hotel London. Given a well used room that required total servicing. When we reported this, given another promptly. Corridor and stairs not yet given finishing touches. Stairs to breakfast room require handrails - many people moving, often with luggage. Breakfast room attractive. Cutlery hard to find under counter. Some items streaked. Most knives were placed blade side outward, so almost certainly others had touched them before helping oneself. Need better dish-washing, and an open display of cutlery. Disappointed no English breakfast

I have stayed at this London hotel for the last three nights the room was very clean and modern with all that you require. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment at present but they have taken care not to impact the guests

The W14 was a good choice. It was just one stop outside Zone 1, the staff is nice and the room is ok and worth the price I booked for it. It is under refurnishment so hopefully the improvements will make it even better

The W14 Hotel London was a good, standard budget accommodation especially for its location. W14 is more of a hostel as opposed to a hotel and this is reflected in the rates. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The triple room was great with 3 double beds in it. On the first night we were put into a shared room which made us very unhappy but the people were nice and tried to make us feel happy. They moved us to a fabulous room after the first night. Love the area of this hotel as well

The hotel is very nice. I visited 2 months ago with my friends and the staff were very cooperative with excellent service, clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again. 

According to my point of view it was excellent. A great location and I would really love to visit again. 

Not disappointed for a budget hotel, just the on-going building work/refurbishment a bit of a nuisance, however, breakfast was fine, bed comfortable, would use this again for a no-frills stay in London

Really lovely hotel in London, nice beds and dorms. Liked the fact you can have a female only dorm. Breakfast was basic but just enough to get you going. For the price this is a great deal! Highly recommend
