Good value for money. Very clean and modern. Overall it was a good experience. Loved the big shower head and the little garden at the back leading to the breakfast room. The breakfast is in buffet style with good selection and fresh juices. Good location and a short walk away from the tube station. The staff were very helpful and attentive. If in the area again would book the W14 hotel again.

Fantastic London hotel, rooms are superb value. Very modern decor, one of the most comfortable sleeps we have had! Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. All round, a really lovely hotel

Great London hotel, friendly helpful staff. Only negative for my elderly parents was it was a bit far out from city centre

A bath in a hotel! Merciful Lord I was so happy when I saw that. The place was great throughout, the staff were real friendly and it felt like the place had just been dolled up. The paint all looked fresh, new-looking carpets and everything clean and crisp. My room was super clean and well-presented, it had a safe and really cosy lighting. The area was fine too slap bang in the middle of West Kensington and Baroness Court. I loved it here and I’ll certainly stay again

The W14 Hotel London was wonderful. All new and tastefully decorated with Manager and staff very helpful. Bed and pillows were the best for a good nights sleep. A nice breakfast room in the garden. Close to two tube stations. Highly recommend for a great stay

Nice surprise, parking outside the congestion zone, close to a district tube. Obviously under new management, I could smell the fresh paint. Well presented exterior and interior, warm comfortable room, shower like being under a waterfall. The W14 Hotel London is a hidden gem, don't tell everyone

Great London hotel, but my room was small as a shoebox. My partner had twice the space at the same price. That is not fair. The coffee machine was good but some breakfast items could be improved (plain yogurt instead of the fruity one, plain butter instead of the salted kind, tasteless jams.) Attendants were nice

Stylish, clean, spacious rooms. With very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a London hotel I'd come back to
