The W14 Hotel London Reviews page 5
Based on 123 Hotel ReviewsIt looked much better than I thought and the only reason being that I never stayed in a dorm before and book at the last minute, I booked this and it was so suffocating because I couldn't open the window but am sure even others weren't able to sleep too. But the breakfast was amazing, worth the price and good hospitality and being very near to the tube station is an added advantage
Very good price however a very old place and not the cleanest at all. Not all the showers have hot water and some are literally in just a small closet, very cramped. The beds were clean though and very close to West Kensington tube station
Good for the price. Tv in room wasn't working. Internet connection was awful. Comfy bed
Good service
Overall our stay at The W14 Hotel London was pleasant. Was a little disappointed that we were not told there was a lot of construction happening during our stay which was very noisy. Also wifi signal was very weak and difficult to use. Otherwise facilities were great and staff were friendly and helpful
Good location of hotel, spacious room and good service, would recommend to friends and family
A friend and I stayed at The W14 Hotel London for one night on a weekend, and both of us were very pleased with where the hotel was geographically, the room we were given, and the facilities that were available to us. Everything is just bog-standard and nothing at all fancy, but all we wanted was a comfortable bed and we go that. It is in a perfect location for anyone wanting connections to the Piccadilly line, as it's a very short walk to the Barons Court tube station. The only thing we were not pleased with was the breakfast because there was not much variety available, but for some what they had to offer would be enough
Great thanks
Check-in was quick and simple. The use of a key card system meant very flexible coming and going times (24hrs). The room - while reasonably small - was ample for use, clean and even had a sink. The shower was basic but kept a good temperature - a rare thing in many hotels. Breakfast was again, basic but good. Bar/cafe downstairs was very good. The range of facilities was great - vending machines, tv lounge, arcade games, bar/cafe, garden (was under re-furbishment at the time). Location is perfect for quickly nipping into central London with the tube station very close-by or you could even walk, as we did, if you're feeling adventurous. Good location, friendly staff, flexible check-in times and great simple room - for the extremely reasonable price, I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in London
Good basic London accommodation. Place was simple and clean. Walking distance to Tesco, smaller shops and Metro. Ok value for price.
