Silk House Hotel Reviews page 5
Based on 59 Hotel ReviewsIt was the evening of my girlfriends birthday and we were looking forward to a peaceful, romantic end to a great day, and that is exactly what we got. We arrived just after midnight and the reception staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. I would definitely recommend the Silk House Hotel.
Just about ok for a night stay in London, bedding and room aesthetic, well I would say "could be better", however considering its a budget lodge not too bad though. Recommended if you need to stay in London for very short visits and off to your business next day
Quite good conditions but the hotel is not new. Some equipment doesn't work properly. The staff is ok.
Quiet place. Get what you pay for. Nothing special but friendly staff and a bed to sleep on. Had WiFi in our room so that was a bonus. Lots of bathrooms and showers on each level. Average area. Doing your washing is a hassle
Great hotel for the price. Can't imagine getting a better single room in London for only £30. Silk House Hotel was clean, comfortable bed, flatscreen TV, polite staff and you get breakfast! Would highly recommend this hotel and will book again if I'm up that way.
Silk House Hotel is very basic. It needs decorating and refurbishing - there were tiles from the shower wall that were left in the shower. There were visible mouse-traps and Rentokil pest traps in the breakfast area and bedrooms, the wardrobe door was hanging off and didn't slide open. The staff were very nice and helpful
I had very pleasant 4 night stay recently at the Silk House Hotel. Rooms were clean and warm and it suited my needs. I would definitely use it again
Silk House Hotel had a warm welcome, nice management and clean rooms. Will return soon !
Very good. Friendly, warm and close to station. Good value for money, don't believe it was only 2 star! Will book Silk House Hotel again
I stumbled on Travelstay's website while making last minute frantic efforts to book hotel accommodation for my short visit to London. Even though what I got was relatively expensive, Travelstay saved the day. They came to my rescue when I needed any available help.
