The Belgravia Hostel: bad. The room is far from clean. It's like a shanty and does not match the pictures on the booking site. The location is great though.

The Belgravia Hostel was very nice. We were happy with our room. Views from the window was nice. Bad minus was that juice had ran out at breakfast. Toilets did not work properly. Thank you

At the Belgravia Hostel, the room was lovely, clean and cosy and was great value for the cheap price we paid. Staff were very friendly, helpful and would definitely consider booking again if ever in the area.

This is a flop house. The best that can be said about it is that the sheets appeared to be clean. The furniture and fittings looked as though they came from a skip and the "en suite" bathroom was a cupboard in the corner. It is a cheap accommodation in Victoria, but not cheap enough.

Very small room and attached bathroom. Toiletries are not provided. Those with big bags will have a hard time carrying them up and down the narrow staircase. Plus point is that it is 2 minutes away from the Victoria Coach Station. Breakfast is not bad.

Hotel were renovating rooms when we arrived which meant we had a top floor room (54 stairs to climb in total!) which was a trial everytime you arrived back at the hotel. When we got into the room there was a double and a single bed and despite booking a twin room, we ended up sharing the double because the single was not comfortable to sleep in! Also the en-suite was no more than a toilet in a cupboard and there were no tea facilities as mentioned.. We also fixed the tv ourselves before we could watch it! Despite these little issues they proved to be nothing major and the location and price far exceeded any issue. I would stay at The Belgravia Hostel again but I would opt for the cheaper shared bathroom as the en suite wasn't worth the extra. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Our stay was great. Excellent customer service. The only complaint is that the room could be cleaner. There's a lot of dust and the shower didn't work very well. Thank you and best regards

I suppose you get what you pay for. We booked late for October half term and weren't expecting a lot. Mattresses were lumpy, one of our en suites stank of mildew, no hand soap even in other en suite, TV worked tempermentally if at all, breakfast was odd at best
