St Joseph Hotel London Reviews page 4
Based on 49 Hotel ReviewsOur room at St Joseph Hotel had a dirty carpet, lights that didn't work and the paintwork was shabby. There was no greeting at breakfast, staff were very unfriendly and the walls seemed dirty. The hotel has so much potential and could do with a refurb and staff training.
The St. Joseph Hotel is a very clean hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. The only downside was that the price of the Wi-Fi was ridiculous and very expensive. Overall, it's a nice hotel.
The St. Joseph Hotel's room was very neat, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good but unfortunately the receptionist was very rude and told me that whatever the customer writes in the additional request/information column during online booking, through any agency, doesn't mean anything to us/hotel management. So what so ever you wrote in the booking form was useless. Overall it was a good experience.
The St Joseph Hotel is okay, near the tube and the beds and toilets are okay but nothing great. Breakfast is served 7:30-9:30 - shouldn't expect much though; cereals, toast with cheese and jam, juice, coffee and boiled eggs. The staff are rude and arrogant and we were given a room near the dining area so at 7:30 we had people outside our door talking loudly and waking us up. After that, the cleaners were talking outside as well which was very annoying. It says online that check-in is at 1:00 but when we got there the rude man at reception wouldn't let us check-in until 2:00. I'm not booking there again and won't recommend it to anyone!
St. Joseph's Hotel London was not bad for the price; I've been in a lot worse. The room was very small though, so when heating was on it was too hot. The bathroom was too small to move, but the room was cosy and homelier than some hotels. Overall would say it was pretty good for the price. The owner/manager was nice and helpful. Would probably book again.
Great location. Hotel very clean and attractive. Large bedroom, well decorated and super clean. En-suite bathroom emaculate. Staff welcoming. Will certainly book St Joseph Hotel London in the future
Nice location, room was really nice with good space however shower screen was broken and for breakfast the toaster wasn't working which left cold stale bread with jam or cheese and a hard boiled egg. Overall, St Joseph Hotel London is a quiet place to sleep at a good price
I had a great stay, it was very clean with friendly staff. St Joseph Hotel was in a nice location and well presented.
We would like to say thanks for the nice stay we had at your St. Joseph Hotel at Earl's Court, London. We found the place clean and warm during all of our five days there. The room was ok and great to have the tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. It was also nice to find fresh towels and a cleaned bathroom after our day out. The continental breakfast also surpassed our expectations. Overall, a big well done for your efforts. We will surely be staying again if there is availability when we next come to London
Nice, clean twin room. Decorated in the last couple of years, so a high spec in the shower room, new mattresses, new carpet. While surface clean, the grouting in the shower room is brown and unsightly, and the showerhead needs descaling and cleaning. The bedding was clean. There was a good amount of lighting and adequate storage space for my needs. It would have been nice to have a remote control for the TV, and the breakfast room was not well organised, but overall I was very impressed with the accommodation for a budget London hotel
