The good of St Joseph Hotel London: good location 5 minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station, nice friendly staff, room was clean and tidy good clean small en suite bathroom beds comfy. The bad: the lack of choice for breakfast(I should have read the small print though only 1 choice of cereal (cornflakes), boiled eggs, slice of cheese. When booking a room which states continental breakfast I have previously had a choice various meats, pastries and more than 1 choice of cereal. Small safe in room but no instructions on how to use. I could have asked reception but all places I've stayed before with you instructions, a help sheet for various things

Although the booking & check-in process was good, I was not happy at the hotel. The room was in the basement, the duvet cover was dirty, although the bed sheet was clean and the shower door was broken.

Nice London hotel but bathroom concept was daft, where the shower is in front of the toilet, like a wet room but everything gets soaked. Also, check in said 1 but yet I get there and low and behold it's actually 2

Lovely London hotel, the first room we went to, the shower door was off the rails and propped up against the wall and the room was tiny. The staff behind the counter did move us to another room straight away which was lovely and very comfy! The breakfast hall is really small and not a lot of room, we went down to eat but didn't end up doing as there was no where to sit. Would definitely book St Joseph Hotel again, so worth the price, regardless of minor issues

Great hotel in London - booked excellent value single room and was given a double room with French doors, TV, radio, bathroom. Friendly breakfast staff. Good location, nicely decorated; helpful reception
