Room and bathroom very clean and well maintained. Good thermal and noise isolation. Bed support seemed a bit loose but ok. Breakfast has bread, milk, tea, coffee and eggs

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to tube station and near Kensington Gardens and Victoria and Albert Museum. We missed a bath cap and the shower was not very comfortable. Otherwise a very convenient hotel to stay a few days in London

Nice new hotel. Great location in Earls Court near tube. Friendly staff. Room was small but very clean. Great value given its central location. Only downside was absence of a lift. We were on third floor and those stairs were a bit tiring, but would definitely stay there again

I found the hotel clean, on the whole. The coffee table in the room looked like it was damaged from hot water, or something like that. At first it just seemed dirty, until I couldn't remove the stains. I would have appreciated some printed information in the room, for instance about how to use the TV with some information on channels. We are not all familiar with such things. A bath mat and shower cap would have been appreciated. I really enjoyed the hot shower. At breakfast I could understand the door being closed at 9.30 but it seemed almost mean to clear away everything when there were still guests in the dining room. I think you will have to accept that some people wait until the last minute to come down - most of them are probably on holiday after all - and should be able to enjoy their breakfast in peace. They are paying, what seemed to me anyway, a great deal of money for what they receive. I found the staff polite on the whole but the evening receptionist didn't seem to be very familiar with what he was doing.

This has just been refurbished. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Reception is open 24 hours. They looked after our luggage too. A Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the hotel and bedrooms.
