So London Apartments were lovely and ticked all boxes for me

Our group absolutely loved our 8 night stay at So London apartments. I found and booked the apartment for the group through TravelStay and everyone in our group has continued to thank me for finding such a great and convenient space as it really topped off our great week in London. We appreciated the kitchen and spacious rooms. Thank you for accommodating our plans and even scheduling our taxi ride to the airport. We most definitely appreciated that. We were pleased and happy to have gotten lucky with a reasonably priced and nice apartment near the city centre. We don't think we could've found better. Thank you guys for a great stay!

The apartment location was good and it was an easy ride on the tube to central London and close to the buses. There werer not that many good restaurants in the area though. The apartments were spacious and clean and the front desk staff were friendly 

Nice staff but the room was awful. Dirty, mouldy and lots of broken facilities.

Just like others, I read the reviews for this apartment and was in 2 minds whether or not to book So London Apartments. I'm glad I did. The staff are very friendly and were prompt to our requests; an iron, hairdryer, a fan (due to hot weather) and we asked for an extra single mattress (as that sofa bed cannot sleep 2 adults..maybe 2 children!). The apartment was very clean and we were given fresh towels every morning (we stayed for 3 nights). Kitchen was adequate for our stay; kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and some cutlery. There is free wifi and a charge for secure car parking. Location is great as there is a tube station around the corner and you can go directly into central London and to the tourist areas. Tesco express is handy and so is the Starbucks. There are plenty of other shops and takeaways nearby and Edgeware road is a 10min drive if you fancy Arab or Indian food. However, bear in mind that this is London and it is noisy. There is a constant flow of traffic and there is a nightclub next door and pubs on the corner. The noise and rowdiness was shocking the first night (Friday night) but it soon calmed down over the weekend. There is apparently a quieter side to the apartment building so ask for that if your travelling with children or you value you night sleep! Overall a pleasant stay

Very, very basic apartments in London. No lights, no pots or pans, no hangers! And no cleaning or clean towels. It was clean and the location was good but very noisy

The accommodation is of great quality, staff polite and helpful, conveniently centrally located offering good access to most historical attractions. Stayed at So London Apartments on couple of occassions. Highly recommended

It's a nice apartment in a good location with the train station really near. Overall a good economic choice

So London Apartments is generally okay. It's quite clean in the room, but on the corridors it looks like a building site. We paid for the TV but it didn't work. I informed the staff the first evening we came, but they couldn't solve the problem and we had no TV. We had 2 kids with us and they didn't prepare duvets for them. After my intervention, a lady brought only one duvet. There were no towels for the children and, when asked for them, only hand towels were brought. So I think the service is absolutely below European standards.
