Cables sticking out of a kitchen cupboard, smoke alarms not fitted. Service was shocking. Absolute joke of a hotel.

So Quartier Maida Vale was okay, in the sense that the space was large enough, but down at heel (everything's worn and needs a paint) and opposite an outdoor garden section of a pub which is across the road. It needs a spruce up and some air conditioning

Very convenient for London travel. Unfortunately, the stove in the unit was problematic to operate and needs repair. TV was inoperational when we got there. No proactive update from reception staff on queries unless we followed up. Too few towels provided on arrival. No can opener and basic cutlery which was limited.

The apartments are fantastic, the staff wonderful and so helpful. The location is great within walking distance of the tube and overground. Highly recommend So London Apartments

Fantastic, I have stayed here before and as I work for the NHS travelling the country I can highly recommend So London Apartments. The staff are fantastic and the location is within 5 min walk to Kilburn Park Tube (Bakerloo Line) or 1 min walk to overground

So London Apartments was just right for a short stay. Useful to have kitchen facilities. Staff very courteous. Would book again

Booked So London Apartments for 2 nights. The location was very convenient due to proximity of the shops and easy transport . The rooms were comfortably warm, neat and spacious especially the bathroom. The kitchen has all the facilities for self catering. We will recommend the So Apartments to anyone visiting central London and we can't wait for our next visit
