Staff were pleasant and keen to be of service. So London Apartments were spacious but in need of refurbishment. Some needed new carpets because smells of smoke was prevalent and strong. Good convenient location on high street and close to transport and shops

No silverware (forks, knife, spoon, bottle opener) this is simply not acceptable. Very noisy (we were at the corner) Nice staff. No place to store luggage while awaiting check-in (no concierge). Still looked after by staff. Bedding ok at So London Apartments

The apartment was lovely, really clean tidy. Was so useful to have a fully functioning kitchen over the weekend, made it easy to eat in. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lively atmosphere without being noisy. I had a great stay and would happily come back to So London Apartments

We found our room very disappointing; it was poorly ventilated and extremely hot even though thankfully the outside temperature was cool to mild. We were covered in bed bug bites and when I reported this to staff I was given ant powder. We had no plug for the sink, no tea towel, no tea or coffee, no toaster and no knives. The room was not clean to the standard we expect. The WiFi connection was also down for a day.

Very central, very clean, very friendly staff. Good value. One minor down side their was no cutlery in apartment and next time we stay would request a apartment at the back as it was very noisy. But I would recommend these So London apartments to others for booking.

The location was great with shops being only a stone throw away. The Overground train service where the Oyster card used on the Underground could be used at no additional expense was only one minute away walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and bathroom had a powerful shower. Cleaning was done on a daily basis and the towels were replaced daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our rooms were warm but this could be related to the temperatures during the day being in the high 20s. We recommend these apartments to anyone and we will book So London Apartments again when the time comes to visit London

Great location for a gig in Hyde Park. Easy access from Euston Station, just a 7 minute overground train. Actual apartment was nice with functioning kitchen and shower/bathroom. Only issue was that the room was very warm and couldn't work out why! Overall, So London Apartments is good value if you fill the rooms with the max occupancy

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived - the kitchen was old and not well maintained and there was only one water glass, no tea/coffee mugs despite there being a kettle. I didn't end up doing any cooking. The bed was small and not comfortable and instead of a sofa in the living room a single bed. The whole building smelt strange and stuffy. On the positive side the bathroom was lovely and clean, nice bath, good hot water. The apartment was clean, and the staff did a great job cleaning and changing sheets every few days. The concierges were always polite and helpful, and responded to my requests/ complaints immediately. I enjoyed my stay at So London Apartments in the end, although the kitchen was a shame

Excellent location, very friendly treatment by the employees, the apartment was cleaned every day. So London Apartments is next to supermarket itself. Perfect
