I thought the hotel was very lovely. The reception staff were always very nice and polite every time we saw them. Paddington was a great area to stay in as nice restaurants and pubs only a minutes walk away, would definitely stay there again

I loved it! It was only one night but the room was very classic. The bathroom very clean and its a very good area and completely easy to find! And the bed.. oh my goodness! Comfortable! I would go there more time for sure!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Piccolino and found the hotel to be lovely and clean ideally placed and very friendly staff. Our room was tidied as well and we only stayed for two nights. Definetely worth the money, breakfast is ample unless you are looking for cooked breakfast. Will definately go back

It was like all the other hotels we have stayed in, in London; Small rooms but ok! They could have ham and cheese and so on, on the breakfast table!

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially those on the reception desk. We overslept one morning, missed the breakfast times, so we were astounded when they offered to bring our breakfast to the room. Great service. Clean, tidy room. Super location, handy to buses and trains. A week later we had to change our travel plans and arrived back in London late Saturday afternoon with no hotel booking. Due to the number of hotels around Paddington, we did not expect to have trouble finding a room for the night. To our dismay, all hotels were booked. We decided to go back to the Piccolino hoping they could help. They were fully booked but reception phoned a nearby hotel and found us a room. What a relief. Thank you Piccolino staff

Nice hotel, with pleasant staff, comfortable beds. Perfect location for tube amenities and walking to tourist attractions (Hyde Park, St. James' Park, Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace). Bathroom a bit on the small side, but adequate and tastefully decorated. Continental breakfast was good, although very limited for gluten free diets. Would definitely consider using again

I was very pleased with the Piccolino Hotel and would definitely stay there again. The service was great and the staff went out of their way to be helpful to me. I got help with my luggage up the stairs and they told me which was the best Tube line to take to get to see the London Eye. The room was clean and nicely decorated and there was lots of space unlike some other places I stayed on my vacation which were more like closets
