Old Friend Hotel is good value for money

I think it was really good for that money! Clean, friendly. Much better breakfast than expected. Sharing bathroom no problem, also clean. Only minus there, was that the shower didn't stay up on the stand. Except for that, very good

For London the Old Friend Hotel is of course very cheap - so any comment must take that into account. It was immaculately clean - bedding, room and bathroom - which as far as I'm concerned is the main thing

Actually I quite like this hotel. It's super convenient being close to Bethnal Green and Stepney Green tube stations. The rooms are quite basic but the bedding is always spotless and the shared bathrooms are clean too. The guys who run the place are really friendly and helpful. The only thing I find a bit annoying is that you can't use the wifi in the rooms only in the communal areas. Overall, Old Friend Hotel is great value for how central it is
