Another lovely stay at the Master Robert. As always the staff were polite. THe chalet style room was a little dated but exceptionally clean. As always - superb breakfast - sadly as we were on a tight time scale then we couldn't make the most of the breaksfast buffet. Never have any complaints with this hotel, the location for travel from M4 to central london is ideal

Had a fantastic stay in this hostel. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms and shower rooms are also extremely clean and tidy and cleaned on a regular basis. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location of this London hostel is excellent, very close to the tube stations. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Only stayed one night but would have no hesitation about staying there again. Excellent staff, everyone pleasant and helpful. Room very clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were very good. All in all a very pleasant experience

We stayed for one night and we are very happy with everything. Room was of good size, restaurant food was great. Staff was very courteous. You get value for money as it is closer to the airport too

An excellent hotel, very reasonable, independent cottage types huge accommodation, excellent parking facility outside your own cottage. Looks and feel as if you are living in a posh place. NICE TIDY HUGE CLEAN ROOM. Breakfast, service good and polite excellent. I could park my car nicely. They have a huge campus. The tube station is Osterley and is walkable 10 min but the bus service is very good as well. The hotel is in near Heathrow airport but in a decent and quite location. On the main road. NEXT TIME WILL BOOK AGAIN, DEFINITELY

I loved the Motel style of the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and well equipped. I was impressed with the fridge and safe in the room, I was not expecting these. The breakfast was very good too. Overall we have a lovely stay and I would recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Booked the place last minute. This was my first stay away from central London. Rates were very good, rooms were sizable with mediocre furnishing but very clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice and hot English breakfast which was buffet style. Would stay there again in future.

The hotel offers really big, spacious rooms, the beds are very comfortable, there is a TV and a fridge in the rooms and some small treats that really impressed me. The service at the reception is really good with everyone trying to help you. There was an excellent breakfast included in the price and a bar with Wireless where you can enjoy the evening. If I want to stay in London for a reasonable price I will definitely stay at Master Robert Hotel.

In three words, all about Master Robert Hotel - value for money! Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Good choice for a short journey and specially for all of you who you do not like to spent a lot of money for accomodation in London. As a minus.. it is a little bit far from underground station and it takes about 40 minutes to reach in the midle of London. Hopefully, you'll enjoy to stay here as much as I did

We stayed there two nights and did enjoy it. Rooms were very tidy and comfortable, there was great food and friendly staff. Worth the money, really! Good location too, it was easy to get to Heathrow Airport and centre. The only minus is because of the noisy aeroplanes
