I had a wonderful. stay. The hospitality very nice

Master Robert Hotel was as we expected, basic accommodation that needs updating, but as cheap as it is what does anyone expect? It's perfect for those of us that have to work away from home every now and then. The majority of those staying there appeared to be trades people. It's a bit of a jaunt to get into the centre of London, it took us about 50 minutes on the tube, which is either a 25 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. I'd stay here again for working purposes but not if I had to bring the family

Upon arrival, I found the staff at reception and in the restaurant to be friendly, polite and efficient. Staff at . The room was very clean. The only problem my son and I experienced was the constant noise of overhead planes to and from Heathrow - even when the windows were closed, resulting in very disturbed sleep. Perhaps install more efficient sound- proof windows? Unfortunately, the noise of the overhead aircraft during the night was enough to deter us from staying at the hotel again

We had some big suitcases and there was nobody to help us carry them, nor were there any trollies to put them on. The room was very basic. We could smell cigarette smoke from previous customers. The maintenance of the room was not great, but the breakfast was fantastic.

A great value comfortable London hotel with good bar food and close to Osterley tube, making London easily accessable. This London hotel was a great find for me as I used to pay a lot more for London hotels, parking and meals.

We had a wonderful stay at the Master Robert Hotel, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the dining room were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We will definitely book Master Robert Hotel again when we next come to London.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plug sockets need to screwed in properly. Breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly and very polite. More beverage sachets needed in a triple room. Would recommend as a budget hotel.

A great hotel for commuting into London via the Osterley Tube approx 15 min walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good, and the evening menu was acceptable. Overall, a very nice and well priced place to stay. I will return to Master Robert Hotel
