I enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. The reception staff were very helpful, the rooms were nice and big, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic! It was far from underground station - about 15 min, but there was a bus.

The Master Robert hotel was clean, the staff were efficient and when I found the fridge did not work, a replacement was installed the next day. The hotel has a bus stop right outside and it is 2 stops from Osterley tube, which makes travel easy. Breakfast was good and substantial for a day's tourist walking.

Very pleasant stay at Master Robert Hotel, were able to check in early as we were due at a wedding. Breakfast was lovely

Very pleasant experience at Master Robert Hotel, with clean, well furnished quiet room, away from the highway noise. Excellent breakfast. The only negative is that it is quite a distance from Heathrow Terminal 5, resulting in quite an expensive taxi charge

Arrived early, booked room not ready however transferred into another room. Excellent service, helpful receptionist and informative. Room clean and tidy, all amenities worked fine. Breakfast very good and plenty of it. Would book Master Robert Hotel again

The Master Robert Hotel is very clean and cosy place for a reasonable price. We were suprised first morning in the restaurant, that breakfast was included and it was lovely. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room service was perfect, every day fresh and clean towels, pillow cases and duvet cover etc. Hotel location is very good for Heathrow Airport. The tube is 10 min. walk down the street, and there is a bus stop located in the front of the hotel. If you are tourists and plan to visit London this hotel will be great for you

We stayed at the Master Robert Hotel for a weekend in July. Very pleased with everything, rooms clean, private car parking and excellent food
