Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el personal de la majestuosa era muy amable todo el tiempo, definitivamente recomendaría el hotel si usted está buscando un precio razonable en la zona de la carretera Gloucester

The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Although the rooms are small they were comfortable. The bedding and bathroom was very clean. We had English breakfast with our stay which was fine. The hotel is in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from Earls Court and on the Number 74 bus route that stops outside. Overall we were pleased with the location, price and cleanliness of our room

Very basic shabby hotel. Clean but nothing whatsoever like the photos on the internet. Full of foreign students. Very basic breakfast, just 2 types of cereal or croissants. Not a place to hang around for long

At the end of the day we got what we paid for but I wouldnt stay there again. The staff weren't very pleasant, we had to wait 45 mins on the first morning for our English breakfast which wasn't that good (mushrooms were cold) so I had cereal the following 2 days, the room was so hot that I had to open the french window all night which resulted in a lot of noise. The bedding and towels were clean but the whole place could do with a overhaul but we were out all day so it wasnt too bad. Next time I visit London I would prefer to pay a bit more for nicer surroundings

We enjoyed our stay although Majestic hotel is very tired and is in need of decorating and the carpets are almost thread bare in places. We slept well and had a very good breakfast but again the dining room is not very inviting. All in all I would say that it is a comfortable stay if you are working to a tight budget but don't expect any luxuries

I found this hotel very clean and location was ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again

Pluses: good position, cleanliness, good response from maintenance. Minuses: poor breakfast, tiny little bathroom, grumpy staff

The location is great - a few minutes’ walk from the tube station where you can get any of three tube lines. The area felt really safe. The bedclothes and towels were clean and fresh but the hotel could really do with some decorating - I would have loved to get out a paint brush!! The staff were lovely, so overall it was worth the money.

The outside could have done with a good clean up and a coat of paint. The bedrooms were okay for size and the bathroom was clean. The beds you could feel every spring in them, they needed replacing. The dinning room chairs were covered in material which was filthy. The rooms were not as advertised on the website at all.
