This hotel is interesting because it was affordable for London and well located at the intersection of three main tube lines but it's quite old and dirty and the breakfast is light.

Décor and overall standard of hotel extremely poor. No bar. Bedding clean but was very disappointed with overall standard of room/corridors and public areas. I would not stay there again.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the location fine as the bus 74 brings you to many central attractions. There are a lot of restaurants around Earls Court station and the place was clean. The breakfast in the hotel is not great but the caf? across the street makes a good coffee. For London it is an acceptable place to stay.

The location is ideal for the price. We only stopped for 1 night and think that was enough for me! The staff were friendly and helpful. Décor is very out dated but not really an issue as we were out all day in the city. The room was in need of renovation, but was clean and tidy and had single glazed windows, as we found out that the road was noisy at the front of the hotel. This place is not for the faint hearted, it is run down, but as we were purley there for going out, I would recommend it if on budget and not fussy about décor.

Ok considering the price, small rooms but clean. Beds weren't too good. Decent breakfast.

I have stayed at hotels with a better standard for this price. The hotel was very simple with worn and small rooms and towards a noisy street. Also the breakfast was simple.

The continental breakfast is very poor. The hotel is quite fine for the price and the location is very good

The hotel itself was quite good but the welcome from the young hostess was awful!! She made us wait for our room for one hour and a half while she was watching television, no smile...too bad I think we will never go to the Majestic again

Although a very run down hotel, the staff were extremely pleasant and the room was clean
