Hyde Park Whiteleaf Hotel Reviews page 3
Based on 59 Hotel ReviewsNot a bad little hotel, for the price and location. It's only a 5min walk (if that) from 3 tube lines (at 2 different stations) and it takes 2 mins to get the west end (and all the sights). The room was on the small side though and there was a funny smell in the bathroom. But not a bad hotel.
I have been to London twice but always stayed with friends so this was my first London hotel. I thought the Hyde Park Whiteleaf was a great option! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be re-decorating the rooms. The location was great would definitely stay here again!
The room we booked wasn't given to us on arrival with the promise that we wold be given the correct room the next day. This never happened and were told the hotel was full and they couldn't give us the room we had booked
Very nice staff. Rooms were very basic but all you need in London. Only 5 minutes from the tube - great location.
Nice clean accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. Very well priced given its location and proximity to the tube station
Good value for money! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We asked for an additional blanket and we got it. Highly recommend for those of you who want to see the most of London (great location) and need a place to stay for the night. We'll definitely come back!
The good points to this hotel are that its very close to 2 tube stations so great for getting around, but that is where the good points stop, the whole hotel is tired and in need of total renovations, the rooms are extremely tired and not very clean, in our room the radiator was leaking leaving the carpet wet, the toilet seat was broken and remained so for our whole stay, when the room was cleaned the cleaner fixed it by placing it back on the loo. All in all we were not very impressed at all with this hotel
We only spent one night there but overall were very pleased. Customer service was excellent, the room was basic but very good value for money. (To be honest we were not expecting very much for £19 a night). The hotel is located in a quiet and nice part of Bayswater. The tube and bus are only 200m away. Breakfast was basic but nice. The rooms were OK (but some maintenance certainly need doing). It was clean and that was the most important for us. Would definitely recommend if you need to spend one night or two in London
Good location, friendly staff, small room but good enough for the price. No complaints except for the minor shower problem
My wife and I like this Hotel. Have been there several times before. Electricity and plumbing need some maintenance in rooms B1 and 102, otherwise quite comfortable.
