Good service at Elizabeth House Hotel
We had a nice stay at Elizabeth House Hotel London. It was in a very convenient location, 5 minutes from Victoria Station. The staff were very helpful, letting us drop off luggage when our room wasn't ready (we arrived very early) and also helping me find my lost husband! Lodging was basic but clean and included free breakfast. We had our own shower and bath outside of room, plus it was one of the only quints we could find.
This is basic London bed and breakfast accommodation in an excellent location. We were a family of five and we had a room with five beds and an adjacent private bathroom. We stayed for two nights - as the bath looked a bit grubby we elected not to have one, but the toilet was clean. The breakfast was simple (cornflakes, toast, orange juice, tea/coffee) but filled us up ready for a day of sight seeing. Don't come here if you have a sizeable budget and are looking for a hotel with a touch of luxury. But if like us, you are simply looking for a place to sleep in a nice central location (only 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station) and prefer to spend money on visiting places rather than accommodation, this will do the job
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent - easy walking distance from Victoria Station. The linen and washing area were spotless. The room was dingy and in need of decorating
Well located near Victoria train, bus, underground stations. Very noisy room facing the road, even with windows closed. Bathroom had broken floor tiling. Breakfast is unhealthy, basic with no fruit. Narrow staircase, one plug point
It was clean and the staff were very friendly
In line with expectations
Good location, but the quality/cleanness of room needs improvement. Okay for those who don't want to spend time searching or commute out of city centre. I would rather stay outsides for better quality and take train or tube to the city
