The office staff was helpful. The WiFi only worked downstairs in the dinning area, which we were not told on check in so we had no connection until the morning we left. There is only 1 electrical plug for the entire room. Of the 2 lights in the room, the one over the sink and mirror did not work so we were unable to use the mirror. No mirror in the bathroom across the hall. The location is close to the Victoria station which was convenient.
The Elizbeth House Hotel London was warm and frendly when we arrived with good rooms. As we are back in the UK later this week we have rebooked this hotel.
My stay at your hotel was lovely and very helpful from you every moment. Specially the fact of allowing us to leave our luggage all day long after having checked out. The only snag I found was the breakfast, but you can eat as much as you can any time
