Nice clean rooms, pleasant staff. Will book Boston Manor Hotel again next time visit Twickenham

For somebody who uses 4 and 5 star London hotels, it will be disappointing, but given the fact that difference between 4/5 star hotels prices in London and this one is quite big, it is good for money you pay, you get enough. Friendly staff, reasonable restaurant

Boston Manor Hotel is ok especially for its breakfast. However the room is a little hot but clean

Room generally ok at Boston Manor Hotel, bathroom clean, stayed at the road side so quite noisy. Breakfast service probably ok only had issue first day when lady offered us egg so we said how we want it so seems like that was gonna be all. When we asked if the English breakfast includes sausages and bacon said yes,later we chased it again so brought us dry sausages and bacon on a separate plate. So first day spent almost 1hr just having(waiting for)breakfast, other two days were fast, just say you want full English. TV on room was miniature, no way to read text from the bed. Nepalese restaurant serves really delicious food,generous portions for takeaway

We enjoyed our stay at Boston Manor Hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was not the best I've had to be honest but it was free so I can't complain at that. Overall a good experience

More or less what one expects from a 2 star hotel in London. Quite small rooms with very small bathroom/shower. Also the first room we got the ventilator made a lot of noise (like a wasp was in the room - drove me mad!) but we did get another room very quickly without problems

We were very happy with our stay at Boston Manor Hotel. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very polite. And for what we paid for the stay we cannot complain. The breakfast was not very nice microwaved. But there was cereal on offer as well. Overall would stay there again
