The quality of the hotel responds to the price. Good service, good breakfast and evening meals from the restaurant. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom needs better shower it was too hot or too cold and the heating in the room was not working. The position of the hotel is good even for public transport. I can recommend Boston Manor Hotel for business travel

Boston Manor Hotel was excellent, it met all our needs clean, food good, staff friendly,location very confident to underground station 10 min walk . The building is old and stairs and corridors are of their time (one way traffic) But if I need accommodation in that area again I will be back

I was booked room on hotel for my family, i went hotel to meet my family, and near a entrance there was 1 guy ,i think he work like reception, i was spoke to him,he was not polite , and he did not deal with customer with nicely, i was not happy with that hotel customer service. Before i was stay on many hotel and i found most of hotel have good customer care service but in Boston Manor Hotel i did not find that customer service.

Polite staff, with efficient check in. Linen was spotless. TV is tiny. There was a lot of road noise in the morning but on the whole though it was good value for money.

Boston Manor was perfect for what we wanted, cheap, clean, friendly staff and not to far from Wembley stadium. Would 100% stay again and would like to try the resturaunt next time.

Stayed at Boston Manor for one night on 16th June 2016. The tube was only a 15 minute walk away, you could also catch a bus to the tube station. The room and bathroom were very spacious and newly refurbished. The breakfast was cooked very well. I would definitely book to stay here again.
