Clean, comfortable and Boston Manor Underground Station was only a 15 minute walk up a straight road. Only problem was a lot of noise, banging of doors coming from other rooms and I'm guessing the kitchen as I could hear lots of pots and pans.

The hotel is a nice looking building and the rooms are good sizes but no soap is provided in the shower. But overall, it was nice to stay here.

Wonderful people and place to stay with reasonable price, the people working at the hotel are very helpful and understanding. I've enjoyed 10 days of stay and will recommend Boston Manor Hotel

Friendly and very helpful staff at Boston Manor Hotel. Location and parking onsite is great. Breakfast included was delicious as well. Room itself was average but good. Finding the room with all the hallways and up and down stairs was a bit tricky. No lift so if you have big heavy luggage, then it can be a work out to get them to and from you room to car park. However, upon arrival, a kind staff member did help us with our heavy luggage

it was so easy to book Boston Manor Hotel online, just quick and simple just how it should be. The hotel itself was in a good location only 10mins walk from the tube station. The hotel was clean enough and warm as well, the rooms were a little small with the double bed against a wall so if your partner needs the toilet they have to crawl to the bottom to get out or climb over you. Overall not a bad place and a decent price. I would book through Travelstay again but perhaps a bit bigger hotel

Boston Manor Hotel was good value for money. Breakfast was adequate, although only one person was taking orders and serving on the day of the stay.

The room was poor and the breakfast was appalling
