Arriva Hotel Reviews page 6
Based on 167 Hotel ReviewsWe were very satisfied with the rooms at Arriva Hotel London. They were clean and reasonably spacious. The breakfast was adequate although there is little choice and some of the food had run out by the time we went in which was not late. We would certainly book to stay there again.
I paid £90 per night to have a double bedroom. I was surprised to find I was given a triple room with a double bed and a single bed in the same small room without fridge. I went back to reception and I asked to provide a better room according with my request. Finally a new room was allocated to me by the receptionist but I was not happy with that very small room. My TV had a very poor signal and went on and off all the time.
Exactly what is needed if you have to take off on the Eurostar early the next morning. It was only a short walk from St Pancras Station. Everything at the hotel was available for a short stay in London
We were here for three nights and had one twin and one Quad room, both were ensuite. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. One of our two rooms was on the top floor and because of the warm weather it got a bit warm. Overall a good visit, would stay here again
Hotel is basic but very clean and tidy! Close to kings Cross station, so is handy for getting around. The staff are friendly and helpful
Very good, I'm a repeat customer and it was a good as last time
I like the Arrival Hotel a lot. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Moreover, the Arriva Hotel is very good situated. I would stay again without any doubt. Thank you very much
Hotel cleanness 9/10 Staff 10/10 Location 8/10
Hotel 9/10, staff 10/10, location 9/10. Recommended
Excellent value. Useful fridge in bedroom. Quiet as long as windows were kept shut or request a back room. Good size room and en-suite for this price. Would be hard to beat for overall value.
