Arriva Hotel Reviews page 4
Based on 167 Hotel ReviewsBasic but good. Kings Cross area is fairly run down so don't expect a Hilton. Some décor is tired etc but the room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Didn't try the breakfast. Some reviews mentioned showers were cold in the morning, we slept late and they were as hot as you like. For the money I have no complaints and will stay there next time
This hotel was good location for the Eurostar, and it was clean and my room had a fridge which I like. I would book this Arriva Hotel again when I come back to London
Clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet. Great location and great value
Small but perfectly formed. Good location near to King's Cross Station and underground. Rooms tiny but clean and with small shower/toilet/basin. If you just want a good well located room for a few days in London or one night this is an ideal little hotel. If you tend to spend a lot of time in your room avoid as claustophobia will ensue
Everything was fine. The hotel gave me everything I needed. A quiet room with tea making facilities, a warm comfortable bed on which I slept extremely well, a good shower (the shower head could have been a bit lower) and a simple breakfast. All was spotlessly clean. I shall certainly book Arriva Hotel again and recommend it to friends and family
Very polite staff. Hotel room well presented, clean and adequate to requirements
Nice clean hotel - good value for money
Arriva hotel was better than what I expected for a cheap london hotel, nice room, clean hotel and good location. Wifi came in handy..Overall good value so I'd book there again next time I need to be near Kings Cross
Basic and clean London hotel. Good option for this price
On arrival staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable. Staff arranged taxi's without any problems. Clean and friendly
