Arriva Hotel Reviews page 3
Based on 167 Hotel ReviewsStayed at Arriva Hotel for 1 night. I wouldn't stay any longer that, just for 1 night. The rooms are very small and it was too hot in the room but it was clean and staff friendly
Arriva Hotel was lovely, the staff was helpful and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, everything was as I was expecting
I found the bed very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I will happily book Arriva Hotel again
Good location with polite helpful staff. Clean room and good room service at Arriva Hotel
This was my second stay at Arriva Hotel, didn't like third floor musty smell and no cold water tap, shame really because otherwise fine
Clean, tidy, hygienic and very friendly staff, great value for what you pay, would recommend to anyone
We liked the location of the Arriva Hotel and found the receptionist to be very friendly. The room was OK but I thought that it needed to be decorated as it looked shabby.
The Arriva Hotel was quite expensive for what it was. Rooms were okay. Mine was a standard double bedroom. I cant complain, but also nothing to go crazy about. Breakfast was the most basic I've ever seen. You had options of cereal, bread, jam, cheese and ham! The milk tasted off and the coffee was not worth wasting water on! Staff were nice and polite.
We were pleased to stay Arriva Hotel, ideally situated at about 5 minutes walking from the St Pancras Station. Good quality for value. We 'll come back in this hotel for another short trip in London, no doubt on that
