It is a wonderful location, the staff are nice and I had free coffee and tea every day at any time I wanted.

But the matress was horrible. After 6 nights my back was really hurting. The people were very nice and it's a great place to meet new people and obviously have new experiences. I would recommend it. 

Nice London hostel with friendly staff

West Two Hostel London was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would recommend to a friend

Stayed at West Two Hostel for 2 week nights in a private twin room with bunk beds. The room was clean and fairly basic, but on the plus side had a sink and mirror. The staff at reception, especially in the day time, were very friendly and efficient. We had to use the shower on the 1st floor which worked fine but blocked up fairly quickly. The hostel is in a good location with transport links so I would stay there again

I always really enjoy staying at West Two Hostel London. Super staff, nice atmosphere

It was well situated in Queensway. Easy to go everywhere. There was first very noisy nights when people are going in and out of room, but it was better in the end. There were some messy toilets.  They were full of toilet paper everywhere and they were flooding. It was so disgusting. It happened several times, but staff went to take care them straight away. Nice there was that they are offering free coffee and tea in their kitchen all day. And you can cook your own food. When I was leaving, I didn't have anymore credit in prepaid telephone card. Staff wasn't helpful.  I asked them to call for me a taxi company to make sure they are coming. They didn't want to and said it's a private company. This made me feel really disappointed. Generally outlook was old. But at this time they are replacing new carpet and some painting of wall.

All was super, like always

West Two Hostel London is a nice hostel for a few days and for the price

The West Two Hostel London was quite possibly the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. There was one shower per floor. The entire place was unclean.

Super location, super staff, not 5 stars hotel, but very good
