I like it here at the So London Paddinton so much I always tell my friends about it. They have gentle staff and they are very helpful 

The hotel was OK. It was close to Paddington Station and the rooms, although basic and small, were fine as we were only sleeping there, The shower was variable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was enough to start the day as we were in London for sightseeing. Allthough not flash and updated, the accomodation was OK

Wonderfully located! Very friendly at reception and always helpful. When there were rooms available they even moved me to a better room.

The breakfast could be improved - the breads were rather dry. Otherwise, a nice stay

The hotel was clean, staff helpful but there was still no basin plug for the whole of our stay. I managed to get the hot water tap bolted and as the radiator did not work, more blankets!  

I found the staff to be very helpful, the beds to be very clean and comfortable and the bathroom attached to be clean as well. The hot water worked and the toilets flushed - what else did I need? The breakfast was included and was more than adequate! If however, you are unable to climb steps or you are a very light sleeper - then this isn't the hotel for you. This is an older style hotel and you can hear most noises in the other rooms. However it was warm and clean, with pleasant staff and close to Paddington station - when you need to catch the express train to Heathrow. Very happy with it!

By short - it could be better. What was good was mostly about the ladies that dealt with reception, breakfast, cleaning. Finally, for people that came to London to visit, is was acceptable. What we dislike? It looked like So Paddington occupies the entire building (and not just a part of it), the lack of an elevator represent an issue for people staying at 3rd of 4th floor, the walls are to thin and you can hear any discussion in the neighbouring rooms, no phone in the room, no AC in the room. But the ladies try to make your staying as good as possible

I very much enjoyed my stay at So Paddington! The staff were courteous and the room had all I needed. Understandably small, the location is excellent - just a block from the Paddington Train Station, restaurants, shops, and bus stations. And there's a park just outside my window. Breakfast was good enough to start my day and WiFi worked all the time in my room. Though I had a bit of trouble climbing up my room on the fifth floor without any elevators and help with my two luggage, especially with the tight stairs. Overall, I'd recommend this B&B to anyone who's budget conscious. Thanks So London Paddington

We stayed for one night, 2minute walk from Paddington Station which was ideal after a long train journey. We stayed on the top floor in a double room, a lot of stairs but not a problem for us. View from the room was very nice looking out onto the square. The room was small but comfortable and basic and as I said ideal for us but will not be for everyone. Breakfast was ok, cereal, toast ect down in the basement. Staff very friendly and we hope to stay at So London Paddington again later this year

Good en suite for a single traveller like myself. So London Paddington is easy to reach from railway station. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Unfortunately walls too thin to stop noises coming from other rooms at hotel. Awkward reaching electric socket for kettle
