Stayed here for the carnival, perfect location for this, nice and central and added bonus 24hr reception. Room was very comfortable and pleasant, bathroom was very small but perfect for a night or two

This London hotel is ok. Cheap and cheerful. Needs a lick of paint in some places, but clean. You get what you pay for, which was fine for us. Staff need to be a bit more hospitable, no-one smiles!

The room was reasonably clean but cramped. We didn't have enough space to put our suitcases on the floor to unpack. Hence they were kept under the bed. The dining area was also very small and cramped with a very basic breakfast. Otherwise it was alright. The staff were reasonably friendly. Location wise, it is an excellent place to stay

Tiny rooms but good standard with a great location close to both shopping and restaurants and pubs.

Very comfortable and bathroom clean but small. Looked like it had just been refurbished. Had pleasant night and would recommend - only downside was that breakfast didn't start until 7.45 and we had to go at 7.00a.m.

Very disappointed with hotel, very small in every way. From the entrance to reception, to the dining room to the rooms. The rooms were small and not very clean, there were cracks in wall and in the window. Breakfast was a joke; only few tables so had to cue for 10 mins then cold toast, no butter and was very hustle and bustle. Sorry but would never ever go there again.

I would not recommend the hotel. The windows to my room would not shut, the handles and staves were wrenched off. The cystern leaked water all night and made a noise. In short, I got no sleep.

Everything fine, a nice budget (well, at least for London) hotel; en suite bathroom not for more refined tastes, but absolutely ok, rooms rather small - backside room very quiet, staff friendly, breakfast not breathtaking but ok. Coffee and tea available in the rooms - good! Have a keen eye, it`s not all that easy to find.

The room is small. Insect was found in the room. The front desk was not helpful but the breakfast bar was quite nice. Keeping luggage was charged after check out.

The bathroom was far too small. The walls were very thin so you could hear everyone in their rooms.
