Thanks for booking for our accommodation in London. However, advise the management to provide flat irons per room so that people can be able to iron their clothes taking into consideration that most of the clothes will have been packed in suitcases and therefore having many folds. Otherwise, the management reacted very fast when we reported that some of the rooms were not heated in the middle of winter.

Brilliant breakfast! The bedrooms, although nothing spectacular, provided exactly what anyone who is going out and about all day needed - somewhere warm to stay!

I don't think you can make a room any smaller and put the bathroom further away. As in most hotels we stayed in the staff are always very nice and helpful but the rooms get more and more depressing. The lobby is very nice too.

Location very good, 5 min. walk from underground, good size rooms and very clean. Only down fall was the breakfast, not very good and it was the same every day.
