Staff were very helpful and obliging at all times, particularly for me at the age of 78 when I had a few difficulties. Full breakfast was excellent although I do not like thin cut bread made into toast and the fresh tomatoes could have been cooked a bit longer. Room OK and clean although the bed was a bit lumpy and tired and, due to the cold snap, was on the cool side for me. Nevertheless the price was very good value for money in London. I would stay there again although wondered how it compared with the Imperial next door which I think is part of the same chain. Sincerely David Watts

For a 3 star hotel the President is first class. The rooms are clean and warm, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are extremely good. The hotel is ideal for travel into theatreland and central London and is approx 200 metres from the underground

I am always happy when I stay at the President. It is convenient, clean and quiet and the staff are obliging and friendly. I couldn't wish for better.

I like the President Hotel. Not expensive, in good place of city, clean rooms, no noise, good breakfast.

I have stayed here at least 3 times. As a tourist it is handily placed to walk back to at night. The rooms I have been in have been well set out and clean and quiet. Only complaint would be that the English breakfast items and toast are a shade overcooked.

We had a lovely holiday and were really impressed how clean the hotel was especially the room including the bathroom. Staff were really helpfull and we will recommend the hotel to everybody. We will not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Basic but adequate room, very clean. Plenty of staff who were pleasant and efficient. Good, plentiful choice of food (breakfast only taken at this hotel). Dining room very crowded at breakfast time. Had to wait ten minutes to be seated.
