Clean, comfortable, compact room in an ideal location for Hammersmith Apollo. Plenty of room and storage space, ideal en-suite bathroom. There was a problem with the water taps not turning off but it was rectified immediately. I would definitely stay at Premier West again

This hotel in London has excellent rooms with fantastic beds. Also I was able to check in early when I requested to prior to booking day. Also has friendly staff and is a short walk from Hammersmith Tube Station

I found this hotel to be in a disgusting state, the rooms were filthy and the bathroom needed a health warning. The furnishings were shabby and broken. My advice is do not go there!

Premier West is good value, well placed, clean rooms. The bed wasn't the comfiest I have ever slept on but given the price I can hardly complain. Breakfast is basic but fills a hole

This London hotel is very cheap and comfortable. To be suggested to anyone for a central and economic stay in London

The room I was allocated was dirty and smelled. We checked out and booked in elsewhere.

Standard of Premier West is normal for this price. If you looking for safety area, comfortable room and something to eat on next day this hotel is for you

Bad reviews first: Doors were not in good conditions, floors were wooden and the floor slabs were producing screeching sound while walking on them. TV was not working. Good reviews: All together nice. good beds and sheets and towels were clean. Rooms were bigger. Premier West is a good plave to stay. It's close to tube station

TV not working, toilet not flushing properly. Did report it but they were not fixed immediately. Was dissapointed. 

Very friendly personel! A few touches of renewals (like the bathroom, some paint here and there) would make Premier West a better place. Well centred near the underground station and shopping area. Thank you
