Premier West Reviews page 5
Based on 363 Hotel ReviewsI booked this London hotel for 1 double room for 1 night, last minute and stayed in room 107. I read some of the reviews after booking and was very hesitant abut staying as a lot of them were very negative. However, it was extremely close to Hammersmith Underground Station which was perfect for me. Upon arrival to the hotel it looked average but clean. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and I checked in easily in a few minutes, he directed me to my room which I found easily. The room I stayed in was clean, fresh sheets and towels and it was tidy. The TV had a rubbish signal but I wasn't in the room long enough to care to watch it and I'm sure if you fiddled around with it, it'd work eventually. The wardrobe door was bait bust however again, I didn't use it. The sink area was clean with enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk available however the kettle cable didn't reach the plug so had to hold it whilst it was boiling (hazard but I'm still alive). The bathroom light was temporary and worked now and then, but there was plenty of toilet roll, soap and shower gel provided yet I bought my own. The decor/tiling work/wood work could do with being looked at as it was quite messy and unappealing but the shower worked fine and the temperature easily adjusted to suit my needs. Room has a mini electric heater which worked in seconds. The lock on the door needed a bit of a nudge which I let reception know the morning after. The only downside I would say is that on the bed is just a sheet and a blanket, no duvet. A continental breakfast is also provided in the morning however I didn't have time to experience that. Overall an average hotel in London, can't complain about the price, one of the cheapest hotels I could find throughout the whole of London that wasn't a hostel. If you can look past a few cracks and tired paintwork its a decent enough hotel for a few nights. I had a good night sleep, a good shower, good customer service
I stayed here for five nights in November with my mum. The hotel is basic but comfortable and the staff are really friendly. The underground is only a few minutes away giving you great access to London. This was my second time staying tat this London hotel and I have booked another stay in January
Nice persons at the desk at Premier West, good breakfast. They have to improve the room. Our bed was old and the fridge didn't work
Excellent location and value. Rooms are pretty basic as is the continental breakfast. This hotel in London is in need of some TLC but overall the value for money outweighs the negatives
We booked 3 single rooms for 2 nights, beds were comfy but rooms are very basic. Hotel has very poor presentation. Peeling paint on walls, mould in bathrooms and ceilings. Door frames have damage were it appears there has been forced entry into rooms. Furniture in rooms such as wardrobes and draws are damaged. Broken and damaged tiles in showers. Would not stay here again.
The hotel decor was not very fresh, but the room, bed and bathroom were clean and tidy. Very convenient location: 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith Tube Station. Also 5 minutes walking distance from King Street with: King's Mall (numerous stores and shops), pharmacies, cinema, numerous restaurants and great pubs. The WiFi in the room was either working very well or not working at all. The TV was not working! There were building/construction works going on just in front of the hotel so it can be quite noisy sometimes (not in the night, though). By 2 star hotel standards, it was quite OK. Would suit a budget traveller, who is not going to spend too much time in the hotel room
I am more than satisfied with my choice. Good location with tube less than 300 metres from the hotel and bus in front. Great service and excellent room cleaning. My room was very nice with private facilities. Friendly and considerate. Highly recommend it, certainly I will book Premier West again
We had a very nice stay at this London hotel. Everything was fine and it exceeded our expectations. Central London and Heathrow Airport were easy to reach, the hotel was very quiet at night and the rooms were very clean. We are looking forward to booking Premier West again. Thank you very much TravelStay!
We stayed at this London hotel for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. Our room was warm and clean and had everything you needed for a weekend. Breakfast was prompt and nice and enough to set you up for a busy day in London. Very friendly staff. It was also very close, just a 2 minute walk, to Hammersmith Tube Station, where you can get the Piccadilly Line straight to Leicester Square. I would definitely book Premier West again!
Nice staff. Basic but clean room. No frills but acceptable for a short stay where a roof over your head will suffice. This London hotel is close to Hammersmith, which is a nice spot
