Unfortunately my stay at the Pembridge Palace was very unpleasant in fact it ruined my trip and I was not the only unsatisfied customer. Apart from the breakfast room not being big enough, it was very poor in quality of food, people were waiting on toast every morning and when it arrived they only had 7 slices of toast at a time for 20 people. Our room was very small as well and although we stayed there for 4 nights we were only able to get 1 shower the whole time due to lack of hot water they just made excuses but we again were not the only ones. Also only 1 lift was working, lights weren’t working and the hairdryer they provided had an electrical fault in it as well. Our bathroom door handle fell off on the first night which I reported and he told me someone would be up to fix it within the hour but no one appeared until our third day. I don’t think I need to go on do you.

Excellent stay, very nice people, clean room, couldn't ask for more. I will stay there again without a doubt.

Not very good....the rooms are extremely small and not very clean, the receptionists not very helpful and not so nice and the bed sheets were purple....which made me even more suspicious...

I have stayed here several times before, but was disappointed this time as there were bed bugs in the room! In fairness, they did move me to another room, but I will think tiwce about going back.

Receptionist was not friendly at all, she didn't even bother to greet me, not even a 'hello'!! Male receptionist in the evening was very friendly.

I thought it was run down and not in the best condition. The breakfast was very average if they only served a bit of fruit with the buffet and maybe did scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled I think it would give it a big lift. Reception service was good. The back garden was a mess, very dirty and not nice at all. Hope this helps.

Good value. Fine, clean, no problems.

On arrival, a very clean stylish hotel. Very close to all amenities in a nice area of London. However our stay was overshadowed by the constant noise of other guest banging doors, flushing toilets and filling baths at very unsociable hours (4 am). The rooms are very hollow so all that goes on around can be heard. All in all we were disappointed and would be reluctant (sorry to say) to book this hotel again.
