Centrally situated in pleasant surroundings

I stayed at this hotel in June for four days. It was a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Lamp broken and door's lock broken as well. And noisy in the evening when sleeping.

Need to take shower gel/shampoo as only soap provided. Shower worked well over bath with plenty of hot water. Would not want to pay full price, so for my discounted price it worked out okay. Room reasonably clean but a bit tired, again in line with price. Not easy to find

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I arrived in London & telephoned the hotel for directions - I was told " you can get directions from the train station I am too busy " When I got within 200m of the hotel on foot but had difficulty locating it I called again and was told " I AM TOO BUSY " and hung up on. The 3rd time I called the phone was picked up and hung up immediately. When I eventually found the hotel it was ok for its cost.

For the money that we paid this accommodation was basic but clean and in central London. No frills room, small with even smaller bathroom and few "complimentaries" but adequate.

Hotel very basic, very dirty - there were dirty tissues and plastic bottles behind the bed. Fortunately we only stayed one night.

Absolutely awful. Room tiny, cracks in walls, crack in window held together by cellotape, exposed wiring, bathroom door not length of space so huge gap at bottom. Creaky, cold bed, dodgy heating, walls paper thin so difficult to get to sleep, rude receptionists. Shower freezing in morning, only warm during day when not there. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you for making my booking but am afraid I did not expect it to be like this and afraid that hotel could not be three stars. The room was too small, the condition of this the room is not up to standard. No soap, no plugs to charge my telephone, phone line is so bad no one answers if you called. In total I could not believe that's 3 stars hotel however thank you for making my booking, it went through. Wish to see a different hotel with 3 stars standards at least, if it was 3 stars, rather than this one. Once again thank you very much Mohamed

In general ok. Cleanliness ok. Not so nice: 1.Room in the basement. 2. Room is very small and small bed for a double room. 3. Water only medium hot. 4. All the noise from around was easily heard.
