Pleased with service at Osterley Park Hotel, everything as described, pleasant stay in an ideal position for London

I really liked the room at Osterley Park Hotel, how it had a little entrance then a room and toilet separately. However the tv could be upgraded to a flatscreen HD tv

Osterley Park Hotel is fit for the price we paid. And the food is really good

Good location, great prices. Room was very nice and clean

The room we were allocated was small, smelly, dingy and the door didn't seem secure. The second room we were given was at least better but not perfect. We will not stay here again.

The bed was clean and I had a good sleep. The hotel was clean enough however the carpets in the room were dirty and worn out. 

The hotel was pretty shabby and basic but clean enough, you got what you paid for. The breakfast was nice. It was quite noisy as the rooms were above the pub who had a live band

My room at Osterley Park Hotel was clean and comfortable. I requested a ground floor room as I had trouble carrying my suitcase up the stairs which the receptionist honoured. I am making another booking at this hotel soon. Access to Heathrow was really good too 

A nice stay. Good value for money but my room could have done with a refurbishment though
