Pretty basic, not suprising considering the price. Iron not available in the room, had to make calls to reception.

Clean but very basic. No hairdryer in the room. Breakfast very basic too.

All in all a good stay. Good value for money. Only thing - when receptionist was asked to check the loose taps to the wash basin and provide a plug for the basin, nothing was done.

A big hotel in a multicultural neighbourhood, nice staff. Bus stop to London right in front of the hotel. Room and en-suite bathroom were very clean. Perfect for your visit to London and if you want to spend your money on other things than accommodation.

OK as a last minute emergency booking, and for price - but the rooms really need redecorating. Very pleasant staff

Room clean and comfortable and adequate for a short visit. Only downside was it was an 'inside' room without any windows which made it quite dark. Fortunately the room was air conditioned.

Good clean hotel with all necessary appliances. Staff weren't very helpful when checking in and did not show us to our room, but after visiting reception with some enquiries about breakfast and local transport, we found the staff to be helpful. We liked that the hotel had a bar and an evening menu option, great price for what you get
